MINUTES

1. Apologies for absence

Apologies confirmed: GC, HJ, NT, ES, DT, DP (chair)

Present: IH, NM, JT, PB

2. To agree minutes of previous meeting

These were agreed with some amendments. Revised copy re-sent

3. To agree NP Policies, Evidence & Tasks

PB Made amendments to E3 it was agreed to make T1 a Project and take out T2 PB also added clarification to S1 and S2 which was agreed

JT to chase the {Parish Council re Community Assets list

4. Grant Funding

JT has spoken with Locality about funding, which is only available in 6 month chunks to end of Financial year or 6-month period, whichever is the shorter. It was agreed that we would put in an application for 6 months as soon as practical. The £7000 we have already had doesn’t affect a further application for funding. JT has also contacted Cllr. Mathew Robinson, seeking some funding from the City Council, which Cllr. Robinson is hopeful that we will get. There is no funding available beyond 2017/18 financial year yet. PB to help JT with this new application.

5. Website

PC has sent letter to SG asking for the passwords, etc. for the website, and had replies. Agreed to place a link onto the old website to redirect to Shadwell Parish Council website, thus only having one website for all updates. To check with Parish Council if this is possible and who would be responsible for the updates
